We aim to deliver high-quality education and coaching experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for Purpose Lifestyle Hub programs.

1. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the program content. Specific programs may carry their own refund terms which are stated at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Live one-on-one coaching sessions already attended, workshops already conducted, and digital downloads accessed in full are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@purposelifestylehub.com with your order details, registered email, and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing time may vary based on the payment provider and bank.
